These Terms of Use apply to 3D Print Animal Model Generator, a web application for generating AI concept images and 3D printable animal model files.
The website allows users to choose animal types, object types, styles, and generation options, create AI concept images, select a concept, and generate a downloadable 3D model file. Generated results are created automatically and may vary in quality, accuracy, file structure, and printability.
Some features require a user account. Credits may be required for concept image generation, 3D model generation, downloads, or other paid features. Credit prices, credit bundles, and required credit amounts may change over time.
Credits are digital service credits and have no cash value. Credits may be deducted when a generation or paid action is started. If a generation fails due to a technical error, credits may be refunded automatically or manually where appropriate.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. We do not store full payment card information on our servers. Payment availability may depend on Stripe, your payment method, and your country.
Generated images and 3D model files are digital content created according to user selections and prompts. When you start a paid generation, you request that the digital service begins immediately. To the extent permitted by applicable law, credits used for completed digital generations are not refundable, unless the service fails or a refund is legally required.
You are responsible for the prompts, animal selections, uploaded reference images, and other content you provide. You must only upload images and use prompts that you are allowed to use. Do not upload or request content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.
You must not intentionally create copies of protected characters, brands, logos, products, or third-party designs unless you have the necessary rights or permission.
Generated images and 3D models are provided as automatically generated digital results. We do not guarantee that generated files are unique, correct, watertight, manifold, printable, safe, dimensionally accurate, suitable for a specific printer, or suitable for any particular use.
You are responsible for checking, repairing, scaling, orienting, slicing, supporting, and safely printing any downloaded 3D model file.
You may not use the service to create or upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or otherwise violates applicable law or third-party rights.
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. External providers, including payment, AI, hosting, database, and 3D generation providers, may also affect availability.
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or specific results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, failed prints, material costs, printing errors, or damages caused by the use of generated files.
