This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use 3D Print Animal Model Generator, a web application for generating AI concept images and 3D printable animal model files.

2. Data We Process

We may process the following data:

• Account data such as email address, user ID, login/session data, and authentication status
• Credit balance, credit purchases, credit usage, and credit transaction records
• Payment-related information processed through Stripe, such as checkout session data, payment status, amount, currency, and selected credit bundle
• Animal selections, object type selections, style selections, prompt data, generation settings, and selected options
• Generated concept image history, including image files, thumbnails/previews, titles, prompts, metadata, and creation timestamps
• Uploaded pet photos or other user-provided reference images if you choose to upload them
• Generated 3D model task information, model file URLs, previews, and related technical generation metadata
• Technical data such as IP address, browser information, device information, logs, request timestamps, error messages, and security/debugging information

3. Purpose of Processing

We process data to:

• Provide user accounts, login, authentication, and credit balances
• Create AI concept images and 3D printable animal model files
• Store and show your generated image history when you are logged in
• Process credit purchases and payments
• Prevent misuse, protect the service, investigate errors, and improve reliability
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and operational obligations

4. AI Generation and Uploaded Images

If you generate concept images or 3D models, your prompts, selected options, uploaded reference images, generated concept images, and selected concept image may be sent to external AI and 3D generation providers for processing. If you upload a pet photo, that image is used as a subject reference for generation. Do not upload images that you are not allowed to use.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment data according to its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

6. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate the website and provide the service, including:

• Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and user-related data
• Stripe for payment processing and checkout
• Railway or other hosting providers for backend/frontend hosting and logs
• OpenAI or other AI providers for concept image generation
• Tripo or other 3D generation providers for image-to-3D model generation

7. Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use cookies or local storage for login sessions, authentication, language settings, security, and basic functionality.

8. Data Retention

Account data, credit balances, transactions, image history, generation records, and payment records may be stored as long as your account exists or as long as required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or operational reasons. Generated files or temporary provider URLs may expire or be deleted by external providers.

9. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
